Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Handmade and customized items may take slightly longer depending on complexity.
Estimated Delivery Times
- USA & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Europe: 10–20 business days
- Asia & Oceania: 7–15 business days
- Other Countries: 15–25 business days
Priority Shipping
We offer Priority Shipping for select destinations at checkout. Enjoy faster delivery for urgent gifts or special occasions (usually 3–7 business days).
Gift Wrapping
Want to surprise someone? Choose our complimentary gift wrapping option at checkout. We’ll beautifully package your items for that extra-special touch.
Shipping Fees
Orders over $69.99 qualify for free standard shipping. For other orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. Use it to follow your order’s journey in real time.
Customs & Import Duties
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control.

Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your handcrafted item from Silk Road Relics. If you're not completely satisfied, please read the following policy for returns and refunds.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Custom & Personalized Items
Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, custom orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Reporting a Problem
If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@silkroadrelics.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include photos and your order number.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return it and place a new order.
Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
